There seems to be some kind of issues between Oneplus and Telus each not taking responsibility for why VOLTE. I have a Oneplus Nord 3 and can't seem to get VOLTE to work.

Although may work now, the Oneplus's don't seem to be in the list for VoLTE option which we will need once they shutdown the 3G network.  My one plus has the VoLTE option enabled but it seems it has to be approved from the cell provider before it can be fully enabled.  Perhaps as we get closer to the 3G shutdown date, PM will expand the list?

@Teeel

glad it works.  And enjoy!!

please start with Reset all networks and see if it helps.  Some said they might need to Reset it multiple times

If not, then update APN as follow:
