Yesterday I switched over to Public from Freedom, but my number transfer isn't going through. The temporary number public gave me is working but my actual number is stuck on "Verfying"
I responded to the text from freedom with YES while my freedom sim card was still in my phone. I waited a couple hours and it showed that my freedom sim was no longer working so I removed it. But this morning I got a notification on my phone saying that my temporary number will continue to be registered for iMessage and FaceTime. When I go to settings > Cellular, it is still showing the temporary number as my primary number.
I tried putting my freedom SIM back in and it shows "No number" - which sounds good. But when I go to Settings>iMessage> Send and recieve, it is showing my temporary number as "Verifying".
I don't think the number transfer was successful.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

look like it is not porting but your account wasn't setup properly on the system. Support can check and confirm and fix
