No longer have access to email I used to set up my account

Hi, 

I have a public mobile account but I think I had it connected to my old work email which I no longer have access too. I need to update my payment method on my account but currently have no way of doing so. Please I need help I desperately don't want to loose my current phone number. Is there any way to fix this issue?

You should still be able to access your account with an inaccessible email address.  Use the email address and password associated with account.  The 2FA authorization should be via text.  Then you can login into your account.  Then change credit card information and the email address associated with the account.

@AbbieRae  Good luck updating credit card info has been a major issue here . Was supposed to have been fixed last dec . But nope still broken . You can buy payment vouchers from shoppers drug mart and load it *611 to make payment and resume services right away . Or u til you can find better deal and port out of PM
