My phone tells me I have used up all my minutes and I cannot make an outgoing call. YET I am seeing my bill say I am regularly making calls to the same number which I am NOT, as well as other random numbers - how can I be doing so if my minutes are used up??

@beth59 if the number showing up a lot ends with 4001 , it is a Voicemail number. PM keeps a record of those calls forwarded over to VM as well as when you check VM on the usage log
Are you on $15 or $13 plan, with those plan, checking VM from the phone would cause you minutes as well
if you are on plan with unlimited Canadian wide calling, then reboot your phone and try calling again

@beth59 What plan are you on, the only current one that has a limit on minutes if the $15 plan. If the mystery numbers end in 4001 those would be voicemails.
