Locked out for days

I've been locked out of two accounts for days now. I cannot contact a customer support agent because I simply can't log in. However, this system insists that you log into contact an agent. It's catch 22. What am I supposed to do? I've spent hours on this. This is not customer support. This is customer total frustration. I am considering quitting public mobile over this issue.

If you are on this Community, just click on your avatar then there is a drop-down menu. Click on Messages and send your private message to CS_Agent or pm at:

Either way works but I am curious if you created an Eversafe ID before login to your account? If not then click on Sign Up before login.

I can call 611 but it just tells me when my next payment is. It has nothing to do with trying to log into my account

@Gesedun - are your services working? If not, can you call 611 or # 1-855-478-2542 or # 1-855-4PUBLIC from another device) to see what the status says?

Have you tried the FORGOT your password or Email option to get your credentials up and running?

Methods to contact Public Mobile Customer Support (CSA) below:

1-Normally Faster - use this link to: Get Help With Public Mobile Chatbot], also found in various places in Public webpages, and bottom right corner of the page (See the Chat Bubble), 

2-OR, go to your ENVELOPE at the top right of your Community Account which is where your Inbox and Sent messages are. Select the orange/peach color box with the pencil inside it to start a new message.  Type CS_Agent in the SEND TO box. This will create a private message to Public Mobile Customer Support.

Try using different browser. Try Incognito/private mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in.
