I have subscribed to 5G Canada US plan. I was able to create an account and I was able to login at the first time. The esim was installed successfully and my phone number was ported from Koodo successfully. I'm able to use Data using public mobile esim, put I'm not able to make or receive any calls. As I mentioned I created the account on publicmobile.ca and I logged in at the first time only, but now I'm getting "Forbidden A1 every time I try to login. Please let me know what should I do to be able to login and send/receive calls.

I contacted support through the link that Phil_Adelphus gave me on this Community Forum and the issue got resolved.
