Change $25 plan to $21 plan

Can I change my old plan $25 to the new $21 plan because of force reward changes?

There is a $19 4G 1GB plan that just became available to current subscribers today. I am going to renew to this plan.  I am still hoping to get a cs_agent to switch me to the $21 4G 3GB plan.

If @fixin1 doesn't work, the only other option is...  since legacy rewards is now gone and nothing is tying you to stay here, is to port out to another service. Yes, a bit of a pain and YES it will cost you the cost of another SIM card and whatever the lowest amount of their service will be however, do the math. You'd earn that back within a few months and have the plan you want for a VERY long time. Good luck to you.

@Ayr38 - You will have a 50/50 chance by CS_Agent. CS_Agents use Change Now instead of Change On Renewal so you may lose the rest of your month. Don't get upset if they deny it.
