My phones just going off with this notice of " Temporarily not offered by " and i cant see the rest of the message ...whats going on ? I'm in Victoria BC 

why when you ask a Mod for help ..hes online for 5 more minutes and the gone ? i have issues activating a sim card ..this is frustrating ...and this is not the first time this has happend
