Where did it go and why did PM stop it ? It set PM apart from other carriers with cheap plans and Christmas bonuses

i did the black Friday deal 5 g  20 gigs for 34 dollars . my renewal was Friday its now Monday and i am only getting speeds of 18 magabites download . i did reboot plus airplane mode  i have a Samsung s22 5g any suggestions would help thanks
