Just bought a new phone and it is using nanoSim. my old sim card is microSim. So I just order a new Sim from public mobile and change sim in Self Serve?

US Roaming

There was a us roaming plan before. It is not there any more. For US roaming, we can only use add-ons now?

Sim card from Walmart

Got a sim card from walmart. When I try to activate, it always said 'Invalid SIM'. Any one can help here? ThanksHZ

A friend of mine gave me an old public mobile SIM. It is about 3 years old and never used.Can I still use it to activate a new account? Thanks.  

Can't use some of the apps using mobile data

I can't use google maps and some other apps using mobile data. They work fine on wifi. It works last week. Anything changed? Do I need to configure something on my phone?
