Hello there, It's past May 5, 2024 now.  Should we have all been forced onto the Public Points reward system?  If yes, I have not received the 5 welcome points or the points equal to 10% of my subscription plan.  Can somebody advise what's the reason...

Does this happen to anybody?  EverSafe kept forgetting the password that I just created.  I would create a new password and if I don't log into my account for a while, EverSafe wouldn't recognize the password that I have created the next time when I ...
