My previous plan ($120/90 days) 12 GB data expired so my account is suspended. Now, I want to reactivate a different plan ($10/30 days) and my balance is $15 but I can't even if I make a $0.01 payment. Can someone please help me out?Thanks
My change date was December 7 to the Fall Promo and it hasn't changed yet. I even contacted moderators and no reply. PM even charged me for the fall promo. Can someone please help? I need data ASAP. Moderators please help.
