My mom plan has not have data for a very long time. Can a moderator check to see if my mom plan still has data included. I check to see if she does but I it doesnt show if she used it all up or anything.

Cant call people sometimes

I dont know if it is just me or other people but when I call people sometimes I get a message: 8ut2 the number you have reach is unavailable  But i know for sure their numbers are working and that I also tried with another line and it worked..

Paying for LTE but getting no LTE only 3G

My mom plan is the same as the entire family but for some reason her phones are only getting 3G. I tried to change phones and turn LTE on but nothing happens. The data is stuck to 3G.
