autogenerate e-mail form after selecting Telus for port request during activation

this would be a great idea if we could have this! also if during activation before entering email on the signup pages.. tell people that if they use their telus account.. that they WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ACCESS THEIR PM ACCOUNT.. as I am having this issue!!!!!

I don't think it has anything to do with coming from Telus, I can't access one of my accounts and it's a new number starting fresh.
