Hello,

I found many people lost their sim card on the mail or waited too long for it, and they might ask from PM to send another sim card as they did not receive it. So I suggest that once the order was confirmed and the sim card was sent, PM can provide shipment tracking # for the sim card along with the confirmation email, so shipment can be tracked.

Cheers

You got that RIGHT

@Ali, You realize in Canada it is not cheap to ship from within the country. It's cheaper to receive something from China with tracking number then it is to ship within Canada. Heck China Post ebay sellers Provide a Tracking number for items that cost even a dollar. So what you are suggesting is not going to happen because the cost of sending will go up. Right now its costing a 85c stamp to ship the free Sim which PM can absorb. However if they have to Provide a tracking number for a Free item, you can certainly bet they are not going to absord that cost. Now having said that PM maybe is considering an over night or next business day option if a Person is willing to Pay. This is currently in the works but not sure if it will ever be implementated

That's also True.

But, PM at the very least, should do an Exploratory exercise and see, IF, its feesable, doable,

More importantly, who has Cheapest rate, AND reliable

I agree with chukdefatey. But it could be a chargeable option!

Hi @chukdefatey

If you are talking about cost, it might actually cost PM way more when they will ship twice, because do not forget although sim card is for free but it costed PM to make them. regardless the time employees spending on this issues when they get emails and try fix the problem which is also a big cost for them.

^Well as of today PM has implemented what I said in the last 3 or 4 lines in my above Post. As of Aug-27-2015 you can order a FREE Tri- Sim card via publicMobile.ca , during the oderding you have the option to pay $20 for an overnight delivery if ordered before Noon Eastern Time.

Yep. I know. Already knew. $20 for Overnight? That's for 1 Tri-Sim

Maybe PM should reserve that for IF you order a MINIMUM of, Let's say, 5-10 Tri-Sims

Hey @Ali,

@Kanthy1 had a similar idea recently, too! We won't be providing SIM card tracking at this time since we have updated the SIM order process and think that it won't be as important. Now, SIM cards will be delivered in 1-2 business days vs. before when they were delivered in 3-9 business days. To check out the full details on the change, click here.
