My other cell had a Unwanted call, and Though PM currently has No Block feature, I believe PM should heavily consider such an option, Apps are not always reliable, constant updates, if feature costs something, would be worth it to avoid hassles like this

^I agree, Wind Mobile, Mobilicity, Koodo Prepaid and PM are the only Providers that do not have the option to block your number at the account/switch level. In the meantime @makkhan28 you can use the settings in your phone to permanently block your number and for the calls you want to show the numbers dial *31# before the number

If I want to block a cell #, what must I do, w/o accidentally rendering my cell # Inactive? have little to no experience. if cell # 416-Something was number I want to block, how do I block via this *31 thing? Thanks

You can block your number by dialing #31# before the number and un- block it by *31# before the number.

To Permanently block or unblock varies from device to device but most Androids it's under Screenshot_2015-03-29-18-30-55.pngScreenshot_2015-03-29-18-31-05.pngScreenshot_2015-03-29-18-31-15.png
