You know, if PM truly wishes to revamp, or redefine how the Industry works and perks and benefits and stuff, perhaps eventually offering a 150 Day, Some price adjustments to make current plans even more tasty and irresistible, Add-On variety, perhaps offering more Rewards as well, always good to have the perks in place for the Future PM Guests who may come through that door, My opinion, and really, seriously, take all of the BEST parts of Postpaid, Like Roaming, excluding of course Grace periods or Credit Checks, or Stores or Phones, But take the Best Postpaid has in the cards, reprogram them for the Prepaid era, and still maintain the BYOD and DIYS attitude, and perhaps PM will be able to take Canada for a tremendous and courageous ride that no Carrier has gone before, takes Bold leadership.
Perhaps even revamping the Rewards as well, Loyalty rewards beyond the 5 Year threshold, maybe making the Auto-Pay more robust like $3, for those who have been with PM long time, maybe even offering some special Senior rewards, perhaps even Jr. Rewards as well, something that can show the Canadian Industry how the job is truly and amazingly done.
Also, offer Promos that can lead to memorial and best of times, like that Movie Ticket, or Pizza thing, the best of times.
Also, eventually perhaps having the PM CS revamped so that response times can be reduced even further, leaving the best and most all the Human Public Touch that no Carrier has yet to offer.
Also, ensuring that most Bugs and Glitches are sent back to Cybertron with PM's Can of Graid, the thing Glitches fear most. This is the first and last line of defense, this can certainly affect overall quality and absolute experience. These are some of the stuff I believe PM should eventually invest in, to ensure a better and brighter future for all
