PM should provide a service number such as *123* or something like that, so that we can check our data usage or any other information.

@Trooper93  PM is not a provider that would be adding any phone in support.  It is a strictly online provider and are probably looking at ways to relieve itself from providing that phone support to Legacy customers

ETA scratch the above imm1304 mentioned the *611 option.  It did say it couldn't get my addon usage but said it would get someone I didn't wait on the line after that.

Hey @Trooper93,

There is an elaborate automated system that can be accessed by dialing *611.  You can check your account balance, buy add-ons, reset voicemail passwords, and there is also an option to check your add-on usage.

Assuming that this automated system works as intended, PM may already have what you are asking for.

Why not just bookmark the self-serve page and access your add-on usage that way?

Service number is nice, but I'm still desperately waiting for their mobile app. That's one of the major inconvenience since switching over from Fido.

This is no frills, but they give you what you are asking for in the self serve website.  Yes, the mobile app would be great, but it's a perk.  Also known as a frill.   You're saving money on your Public Mobile plan, compared to your old Fido.  You need to decide which is more valuable to you, saving money, or paying for the perks.

The self serve site might not be pretty in the mobile browser, but it is usable with a little pinch zooming and panning.  I'd love a mobile app too but in the meantime it's not as if we are left in the dark...  just sayin'!

I should add:  and for just tracking your data, you can do that with My Data Manager available on iOS or Android, or Data Witness for Android, within a reasonable margin of error.  You can still check for the actual count from time to time on self-serve, but for a quick look on the go to see approx where you stand in your allotment and your plan days, they fit the bill very nicely.
