i don't think there is any with Public. but maybe it's a great idea to have sharable plan in the future~

No, Public Mobile does not have any sharable plans, (and does not support more than 1 phone number per account even on separate plans).

I did not see anywhere you can choose a shared plan but it will be nice to have one in the future.
