problem in registering account

i want to top up my account but when i go to my account section and try to create an account by putting my tel no. into it , it says account already exists, what should i do?

@jitgill74 Your account was created when you activated your SIM card! Remember setting up your email, password, security question and PIN? That was it!
Did you activate SIM card yourself or it was done at the store?
