I have my son's account under my credit card and i want to go in and change it. we had subscribed a long time ago with an email address than i can no longer remember. how can i access the account?

You can still access his account with the email address (Forgot Password) and password. The 2 FA code will be sent by text to his phone to access his account.

But you need to create an Eversafe ID first before login.

@camialli did you try the Forgot username link on the login page?

if that does not help, you will need to engage support for help
