Upgraded plan but the website renewed my old plan and put credit in my account with the extra money.

I treid to upgrade my plan to the $45 for 4.5GB one and I selected and paid for the plan on my account. Instead of upgrading my plan however, the website charged me $43 (I had $2 credit in my account), put a $5 balance in my account and renewed my old plan. 

 

Dissatisfied with this

I recommend you send a private message to the moderator team and ask them to fix that up for you.  include your account# or phone#, as well as your account PIN (if know) to help speed up the identification process.

How long until a moderator replies?:

  • Office Hours: Mon-Friday 9am to 9pm, and Saturday & Sunday from 9am to 7:30pm [Toronto Time].
  • Messages are replied to during office hours, in the order in which they are received
  • Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.
  • There is no need to send multiple messages.

click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator's team with your phone number, PIN, and an explanation. Moderator hours are as follows

: Monday to Friday, 9 am (ET) to 9 pm (ET);

Saturday - Sunday 9 am (ET) - 7:30 pm (ET).

The answer is usually in a few hours, but can take 24.
