Travelling to US

Hi all,

I will be in the US soon, and have the following plan...

Does this mean that I have access to data in the US and just need to add on talk and text if I want to be reachable?  Thanks

no need to add roaming plan or addon as you already have the $34 Canada/US plan

Hi @hTideGnow so just to confirm, I do not need to add on a roaming plan as I have full access to data, talk, and text?  I read the plan as Canada to US hence my confusion

You're still roaming when you're in the US, but it's included in your plan so there are no extra charges and no add on required. You'll want to:

1) Turn Data Roaming ON

2) Set Network Selection to AUTOMATIC

3) Set Preferred Network to 4G/LTE (because roaming on AT&T 5G doesn't work)

HI @omegaman this is a Canada-US plan, you get data/text/voice in BOTH US and Canada.  So, no extra needed

you just need to turn on Roaming data and make sure your phone connected to T-Mobile or AT&T.  Sometimes, you need to manual switch for better connection
