How come my SIM card won’t activate online?

Keeps taking me to the last step than says “subscription failed” than won’t let me go back or anything

i don’t want to be paying monthly for a phone I can’t even use

@BlancheSophia , agents usually keep a ticket open for about 24 hours after which it is assumed the issue had been resolved or retracted.

Do I have to reply to the agent right away? I sent a ticket on Saturday and missed his reply. Didn’t see it until today

@BlancheSophia  Maybe try to uninstall the app and re install the app and see if that helps at all

Yes that’s how I’ve been trying to do it but it took me to the last step and said it failed and it won’t let me go back or anything in the app to try again

You need to activate using the Public Mobile app. You can download it on the App Store or Google Play.

If after you sign in on the app and it still doesn’t work then you can submit a ticket to a Public Mobile CS agent here.
