Hey,
I need some assistnace with 2 of my accounts atm. Both numbers ported over from Rogers.
Both numbers have an issue where they don't always receive texts, can't always send them out and no one can give them a call. They can call some people so it's not a total bust yet but it's still bad as the ones using the phones are kids atm and only they can call me.
Anyone that calls them, automaticly hangs up after 2 rings. I also can't set up auto pay on these 2 accounst, and also another 3 as well for autopay.
If the community could tell me what information I need to send to the mods, either through PM or here (not sure if it's safe to put info here) that would be perfect as I want things to roll as smoothly as possible.
