Hi, how do I cancel a port request from Public Mobile to Bell?

Then while you have active service with the other provider, you still retain your number here at Public Mobile @JonathanBSchulz 

now, unless you want 2 services, you just have to decide which one you want

If you didn't get the PAT (porting authorization text) then your account and phone number are still active with public mobile. Have you changed your mind about changing providers? It's always best to test out the new providers service first before porting out so that you dont lose your account and any possible rewards and accumulated add ons if you are unhappy with the new service.

Did you sign a contract for a new device? You have 15 days to change your mind penalty free. 30 days if you self identify as disabled.

Then your Public account and number are safe.

You should get SMS from PM authorizing switch.

DO NOT REPLY 'YES" and you will stay with PM. But if you did then your PM account is already closed and number went over to Bell.

I never received the text when i was in the other carriers store, they have an account open currently with a dummy number.

if you have already replied, yes, to the port authorization request, there’s little that you can do.
