When I log into Public Mobile my account,
* The plan usage has shown I have used up my 1024 MB data
* However, if I go into "view usage history" and add up all the data in the record, it only shows I have used 750 MB of data
Why there is discrepancy and why I need to pay for additional data ?

Click on the refresh button (the circular arrow) to update your current account.
PM update everyone account twice a day…one around noon and around midnight.

Public mobile data tracker is usually accurate.
However, the data usage tracker is not instant and live. Usually, the data usage will be grouped together and report early in the morning (usually as two separate entries). So, the rest of the data usage should show up by tomorrow morning.
Another possibility is that you are seeing an older cached version of the self service account. You can try to refresh the page. Or login incognito/private mode or clear cache. Or login with a different web browser.
