My phone plan randomly stopped working and i need my service to work again please help

Moderator hours are: Monday to Friday, 9 am (ET) to 9 pm (ET); Saturday - Sunday 9 am (ET) - 7:30 pm (ET). They answer usually in a few hours, but can take 24.
