Dear Moderators
I lost my SIM when I traveled in Asia by switching SIMs. Ordered new SIM replacement 14 Days ago, not yet received it. Need my cell so bad. Waiting for parcel and look up the mail box everyday. 😞
my ORDER # 141500; Could you pls track my order, and message me the tracking number?
If you did not ship it, could you pls let me know and refund me; I'd rather buy it in London Drug.

If it truly has been that long since you've ordered it, and you need your phone, just go to a store and buy a sim card. The moderators should most likely be able to refund you after the fact.

PM sends SIM card by regular mail in an envelope without tracking.
If you have not received it after 14 days. You can treat it is lost.
Moderators may be able to send you another SIM card. It may be faster to buy one from WM, LD or WOW and get Moderators to give your $10 credit to your account.

You'll need to send a private message to Moderator_Team . It's quite possible that moderators don't read every single message thread in these forums. Sending that private message is also necessary to verify your personal information.
