Hello fellow Public Mobile users,

 

 

Has anyone other than me been having problems logging into the Self Serve part of the website?

 

 

I am trying since earlier this month to get in but it keeps saying my E-Mail and cellphone number are not resigtered or found, yet they BOTH ARE.

 

 

What is up with this website? Cat Frustrated

Hello,

Did you go 90 or more days since your plan expired before attempting to pay?

If so, your account and phone number have been deleted from the computer system, and you have to start over again as a Beta invitee.

I'm collecting problems to be presented to PM on a weekly basis in an organized fashion.

Hello,

Unfortunately, the server experiences problems from time to time.

With regard to your problem,
1: have you cleared the cache and history
2: did you try another browser to access your account
3: did you turn your phone's power off and on
4: if the above don't work, Cyber will give you detailed instructions regarding how to contact PM by web mail
