Locked account

My friend entered password wrong many times so her account was locked since yesterday, how long time it going to be locked? What can she do to solve this problem? Thanks

@Lhaha usually the lock just an hour.  Please ask her to try again using browser with Incognito mode. If it does not work, still with Incognito mode, ask her to rewire password reset and try login with the new password after password reset 

if nothing work, ask her to message support for help
