when i try to reset my password , i enter both emails then : ForgotPassword/OldPasswordNotValidContactAdmin 

 

and i cant do anything after 

i didnt receive an email 

cant reset password

email is Hsgzz@yahoo.com

^user name can be a different email then the one in your account. However there is no way to change the username unless you get in touch with PM

Hello,

When you refer to both emails, do you mean 2 email addresses? If so, that may be the cause of the error message.

Your username is your email address that you enter when logging into your self-serve account.

It is your username/email address that is necessary for the password-reset link.

When was your last payment ?

 

Your account could have been deleted if you was 90 days without doing a payment.

 

You can recover your password by using the forgotten password function here.

 

 

 

 

If your account is paid each month, send an email to Public Mobile for having your password reseted.

 

 

How to send an email ?
