Hi I was wondering how could I change my email without having access to my the email registered to my account.

Logging in to Public Mobile self serve doesn't require access to the e-mail address. You can log in as usual as the code to grant access will be sent to yoru phone by SMS. Once you have logged in, the change to the Eversafe credentials can be made.
