-Have 2 lines and 2 phones.
-LG G5/Moto G Play
-LG G5 line has no data today. Calls and text work.
-Been with PM since November without any issues on either line.
-Moto line works fine. (LTE works)
-Restarted LG G5 numerous times and removed and re-inserted SIM. No better
(Yes data is on and airplane mode is off with lots of data still available on plan)
The line with issue is #905 xxx xxxx
Please look into this and advise.

Thanks Mimmo. Great idea. I'll definately try the swap if symtoms reoccur. 🙂

Hi Gary, Hve you tried swapping sims between the phones. this will help determine if ts a phone issue vs an accout issue.
also do you have a data limit (its in data montoring settings) set on your phone, there is a setting that will turn off data once you reach a certain amount.
what does your account data say ??? used vs ??? available?

Data has just started working for whatever reason. Please disregard at this time.
