I have multiple subscriptions for my family and one subscription is not letting me log in. I do not have access to the original email and when i select " forgot email" it sends a sign in link to the email that i don't have access to!! how dumb is that! how can i get in to change my subscription? there is no way i found to use the phone number associated with the account

You can still access your account with the old email and password. The 2FA code will be sent to the registered phone by text.
If you login through the PM app then just go to Accounts tab>Manage Login (Secure by Eversafe) and change the email address.
If you are still having issues login to that account then simply click on the Chat bubble and type in Submit a Ticket for an CS_Agent to help you access that account. Staff hours are 9:00am to 10:00pm EST.
