I was first able to make a call but the data didn’t work. Now nothing is working I can’t even make a call. I see that I made the payment and can see the transaction on my credit card before I ported the number over but never received any emails for the payment.
i can’t submit a ticket either.

When you make a call does your number show up on there end?
Sounds like you are going to need to put in a ticket. Use the chat bot on the bottom right looks like a text bubble. I believe you put in customers service or just Fallow the steps till it let you open one.

I did that and it doesn’t work. Doesn’t work on the app either. Also my data is not working and I’ve changed the APN settings and checked everything else.
