Can't log in

I have 4 accounts in my name. Myself and 3 children. Needed to update credit card. 3 went ok, can't log into one. Tried the app. Tried other devices. Tried changing password. Keeps asking to enter new password then locks we out.  This is going on for a month. Asked for help here, did all that was suggested.  The account has some credit but will soon be shut off unless I update credit card info. Account info.

Thank you for trying to assist, I tried all the suggestions and just ended up sending a private message and hopefully someone gets back to me in a timely manner.

Thanks, I was finally able to log in. All solved.

I tried incognito, no luck.

please try using browser with Incognito mode to change the password and login , see if that helps

if not, support can help:

1. Open ticket via Chatbot (need access to My Account): At https://widget.telus.tiia.ai/publicmobile/publicmobile.html
    Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Log In", finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗
2. If you have trouble with Chatbot or you don't have access to My Account: Private message CS Agent at: 
       https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/composepage/note-to-user-id/22437
**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after ticket submitted, CS Agent will reply to you there
