Accidentlly Subscripted add-on by points

A few days ago, I accidentally subscripted a 3G-US roaming add-on for 15 days by points. I didn't use any data on this add-on. Now, there are 7 days left. Can I get the points back or change to another add-on? Can any customer support or technician see this post to help me about this? Thank you
