Have Canada wide plan. When trying to make local call message 'cannot complete call as no long distance plan'

- which plan are you? - $10 Canada wide- when you logon Self Serve or dial 611, what is your account status? - shows $10- were any changes done recently?- No- Can you receive calls? Texting works ok? - calls go directly to voice mail

Was working fine, until yesterday. It's the $10 plan and there is $10 on the account
