I'm having some trouble. I just got the plan today, as well as joined PM for the first time and I'm unable to send or receive picture texts. Mind you, this is my first time being able to send pictures ( I was not able to with my previous provider).  ...
I feel like I might have missed something, but how does PM know that the community account I am using is linked to the PM I using?. I don't remember any questions asking about my PM account. I felt like when I signed up, the accounts were seperate.
How long does it usually take to port a number and cancel your old/ pre-exisiting phone plan?
