I need my phone. 611 isn't working and neither is site login/account access.Please direct as to how I can get a payment made.I have an event tonight and I need my phone to work! Help!
CS has promptly replied that they will kindly provide them, within 30 days. I do wish they would keep these records immediately available to clients for longer, as the CRA has only just requested documents for my Covid employee work from home expense...
611 also wasn't working for me as it usually does....I just tried it again and it's working now and I was able to make the payment.Maybe try it now.Good luck! I hope it works for you now too!
