I reacharged my plan today and was successful. However my data is still not working. I went to login to self-serve but it says I have been logged out when I press forgot password. My plan expires tomorrow, do you know how I can get this fixed sooner?...
I keep getting notifications saying I need to make payment which I have via voucher but it is not registering. I went online and changed my phone plan but now it's saying I have zero balance. How do I fix this?
