Can I switch my Telus SIM card to public mobile? I received my phone from Telus. Will it be locked to Telus or can I switch to PM?

New phone from US

I have ordered a new phone that is coming out of the US. It is a Samsung Galaxy S10 lite. It wasn’t until after I placed the order that I realized that this phone has not been released in Canada yet.  Will it work on PM network?

SIM card & new phone

I am getting a new phone and it takes a nano SIM card. My old phone uses a micro SIM. Will be able to just punch out the nano SIM and pop that into my new phone and be ready to go? I’m hoping it will be that easy 

I am on an old plan “$90 per 90 days. Your current $25 plan would give me much more than I have with my old plan. My question is would I lose my previous promo and holiday giveaway data or my current rewards (loyalty, auto pay, friend) ?
