There is money in for the phone to be active, I NEED MY PHONE TO BE ACTIVE! It’s still showing the funds have not been taken! This is urgent!

FaceTime calls keeping shutting down.. is there any updates that I’ve missed? My internet carrier is thinking maybe that’s the cause..
