Data on 25 dollar plan always zero

Why don't I have data 500 mb plus bonus 500 mb autopay when I'm on 25 dollar plan? It always says zero balance. I have this problem since I purchased this plan.

Hi there. I'm just wondering why I am unable to receive incoming calls. I am able to make a phone call. I asked people to call my number but they said it says unavailable. Can you please help me with this problem?Thank you so much.
