Thanks I did all of this, I tried turning the line on and off too but nothing has worked  hopefully pm support gets back to me soon 

iPhone 

I already activated the ESIM already but it displays “no sim” still but I somehow have access to data and calling no texting. I tried resetting the network settings and turning the phone on and off multiple times nothing has changed
