@will13am Would you not be concerned that if you had 30 referrals and they switched you over to points that you ended up with no referrals. At least with a screenshot before the conversion you could at least show the agent what you had. Getting help ...

@fixin Why would they suspend my service when I am topping up with vouchers? The card is only there for the $2 reward.
