Hellothe eSIM is not working. I tried to download it with the email and it says it’s not valid. It worked yesterday. And now it’s asking me for PUK. I can’t access any text or calls. Help pls!
It switched to public mobile yesterday and now it's all blocked out . And I can't get ahold of anyone to help. I can't receive or make any calls or text.
