Hi..I purchased an add on yesterday morning and it's been 24hrs and it's still not been activated. Ticket has been submitted...Did I miss something I should have done?
My first 15 day add-on expired yesterday. I purchased another add-on today. $30 was taken from my Visa, I have a receipt for my purchase yet it's not activated.
I'm heading out of country to the States for the first time. I'm going to get the US text/talk/data plan. Do I need to turn roaming on for it to work? Can I use my phone just like I do in Canada for talking and texting? Thank you
