PMed moderators. No response. Trying to switch over to koodo. No customer service. Website needs to be fixed still as it won't reset to email address. Such a hassle.
Sorry just frustrating that password cannot be reset in email, period. There shouldn't be a need to create a forum account, and then ask a question about it. Wasn't sure I wanted to switch over as it's a similar thing.
Wow! Horrible customer service! If I can't switch over to koodo because nobody is available and their website doesn't work to reset the password (common complaint in this forum for years).
